The Prostate. You may have heard about it , but maybe you  are not quite sure of what it is and what it can do. Before we begin our journey, let’s go back to the basics, Anatomy 101.

Where is it?  The prostate is located within the pelvic muscles beneath the bladder. It is about the size of a quail’s egg and it’s main purpose is to assist in ejaculation. It will produce and release seminal fluid (the fluid that mixes with the sperm) to then eject from the penis.
 

Great! Now we know where it is and its main purpose. Now, how do I find it and what do I need? Things you will need to get the job done: 

1. A willing male participant
2. Any type of glycerin or silicone  based lubricant
3. Trimmed nails
4. Enema  before hand ( optional)

5. Condom or finger cot (optional but encouraged)

6. A great sense of humor

First thing you will need to do ladies is trim your nails.  If you have long acrylic nails, you can put on a latex glove or finger cot with a piece of cotton ball in the tip. The cotton ball ensures a nice rounded end that will be more comfortable for penetration.

The next thing you will need is lubricant. Apply the lube to the finger and opening of the rectum. Have your partner relax and take it at a pace that he is comfortable with. Communication is very important.

One of the easier positions to locate the prostate is with the man on his knees with you behind him. You will insert your finger approximately 3 inches. As you press down towards the belly button, he should let you know once you have found it. If you would like to try this in another position, perhaps with the male on his back, you can insert your finger the same way but now you move the finger in a “come here” motion towards you. You can apply light pressure or firm depending on his preference.  

Prostate stimulation or “milking the prostate” can give a very intense orgasm and can be a lot of fun to explore. You can now incorporate this while performing oral sex or masturbation. Keep in mind that this type of activity is not for everyone. This type of activity is perfectly normal and does not mean that your guy is gay. Now that you know what it is and how to find it, you have opened the door to other fun activities. 

 Butt Plugs….. What’s the deal?

 No, it’s not something to use to prevent diarrhea, nor is it something that men use in prison to avoid an unpleasant encounter. A “butt plug” is a sexual toy that is inserted into the anus and left there during a sexual interlude. The plug will give slight pressure to the man’s prostate. The plug can be manipulated to tap tap tap or just to sit there. This kind of toy can help a man reach orgasm faster and harder then usual. Butt Plugs come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. What one is best for you is completely a matter of preference.

 Anal beads… Again, what’s the deal with those things?  

 Not be mistaken for Ben Wa Balls, anal beads will be joined together by a string or plastic with a loop or ring on the end. No, this isn’t some sort of rip cord or pull chain to get your sex drive going and again it’s not something that is a part of every relationship. Anal beads go along with the
same idea as the butt plug but give a much different sensation when they are removed.

 First thing is you will want to figure out which type is most suitable for you. There are all kinds available, hard to soft, large to small, vibrating to just plain ‘ol beads on a string. Once you have found a pair to try (the smaller the better for beginners) you will want to lube them up well.

 Start off by inserting them one by one. You will put in as many as you feel comfortable with. Once you have them inside your partner, you may go about your usual sexual activity. Right before, or during, your man reaches orgasm, you will want to remove the beads slowly, one by one. Remember, this is not a rip cord that you’re pulling on. If they are removed too fast, he will not be a happy camper. You will want to remove them slowly and methodically..  If you remove them right before orgasm, this is releasing the pressure on the prostate giving him a strong enjoyable experience. If you choose to remove them during orgasm, this will give a very powerful, intense orgasm. With the removal of each bead, he will feel an intense contraction similar to what a women feels during a clitoral orgasm.

Important Note :

Now that you are well versed on the art of prostate milking, butt plugging and anal beading, the sky is the limit on what you can do to stimulate that prostate. Please always remember the two cardinal rules of anal play:

1. Whatever goes into the rectum should stay in the rectum,  and never into the vagina.
2. Whatever goes into the rectum should be designed for that purpose and have a flared base or ring. This is to ensure proper removal and not turn into a  "search and rescue effort” .
